1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
Valid Reasons: The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (we sent the wrong item).
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital products (e.g., software, e-books, digital codes).
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or purchased at a significant discount.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us by email at support@swiftcart.lol and provide the following information:
Your Order Number.
The reason for the return.
Photos or a short video clearly showing the product issue (e.g., damage, defect), if applicable.
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with further instructions and the return address if your return is approved.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear after delivery.
Any non-returnable items listed above.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
5. Exchanges
We currently only handle returns for refunds. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please process a return for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
